How To: Accept Spot on a Team

Updated: Jun 29, 2022

1) Officially Accept Your Spot on the Registration Portal

  • Your player's coach will contact you via email/phone within 24 hours of your final tryout/assessment date to offer your player a spot on a team. To accept this spot, please contact your coach first, and confirm your interest in the 2022/23 season.

  • Once your coach has received your confirmation, the club will email you an "official invite" from our Registration Portal with instructions to login and officially accept your spot on a team. You must accept your player's spot on a team on our Registration Portal within 48 hours of receiving their official team placement notification.

  • PCU Membership Fees due when spot on team is accepted on our Registration Portal following player's tryout/assessments. Payment plans available.

If you have questions regarding your official acceptance, financial aid, or club fees, please email Christina Martin, Club Registrar at cmartin@pcusc.org.

2) Medical Release and Concussion Forms: Both returners and new players need to fill-out and turn in these forms. Players can bring the forms to the coaches at practice, or parents can scan and email them directly to their coach.
