"The 2010Gs are a focused and fun-loving group of young ladies who are eager to improve and support each other. They have embraced an environment where mistakes are normalizing so players feel confident and empowered to choose the optimal decision (pass/run/ shoot/dribble/ communication/etc.) rather than the easy one. Players are also encouraged to trained at a very high level of intensity (match -like intensity) so their rate of development is extremely high. The PCU 10Gs inspire their coaches to be bring their very best to every interaction whether it's a technical session, tactical pre-match /post-match session in the classroom on the game board, setting up gegenpressing rondos, player one-one feedback reports, travel best-practices or 100's of other soccer experiences.
