We provide safe, competitive club soccer playing opportunities in Portland for children who are enthusiastic about the game, who desire to develop skills to a higher level, and want to have fun while doing so with paid, certified & licensed coaches.

Our Programs
PCU's programs are aimed at the achievement of excellence, toward everyone playing their best, and further developing an appreciation for competition and sportsmanship.

PCU Rose City Classic Tournament
Join us for PCU's second tournament of the summer, August 20-21, 2022. Our tournament is open to U9 - U15 teams and will accommodate Gold, Silver, and Bronze levels, registered by calendar year according to US Soccer requirements.
