YDP Winter Development Camp (2016-2013)

This program is open to players born 2013-2016 and will run Monday's and Wednesday's from 5-6pm at Buckman Field in SE Portland from November 28 - January 23.

There will be no camp during Winter Break (12/19 - 1/1) and MLK Day (1/16).

In our Youth Development Program (YDP), players born 2013-2016 will be challenged through fun games and team interaction. This program prepares players for competitive soccer and improves recreational players' skills. Whether this is your first time with PCU or you are a returning player from the Summer/Fall season, this is a great way to continue to get players involved and engaged in soccer.

The engaging, age appropriate program focuses on the early development of individual players with an emphasis on:

  • Teamwork and Competition, introduced at a developmentally appropriate level

  • Technical Skills & Body Mechanics

  • Tactical Knowledge & Decision Making

  • Individual Growth & Communication

This program is a great fit for players who played in a recreation league this fall and want to continue to improve their technical skills through the winter.

Cost: $120 per player

Registration Opens: September 30th

Registration Deadline: November 25th

No tryout required, players of all levels welcomed.
