Goalkeeping is a unique position, and so is the community that comes with it. The PCU Goalkeeper Academy brings goalkeepers together to train, compete and learn alongside others who share a passion for the position. Whether players are new to goalkeeping or have years of experience, this program provides an opportunity to develop skills while building connections with fellow keepers from across the club and community.

PCU's GK Academy provides dedicated goalkeeper training focused on building strong technical foundations, improving game understanding, and developing confidence in match situations. Sessions feature position-specific coaching, high repetition training, and competitive goalkeeper exercises designed to prepare players for the upcoming season. Led by experienced goalkeeper coaches, sessions will focus on technical development and game situations in a positive, supportive environment where goalkeepers are encouraged to challenge themselves and support one another.

GK Training for PCU Players

Goalkeeping Training Academy is open to U11-19 PCU players and provides opportunities for players to work directly on their keeper skills in a small group setting. Sessions are one-hour each week, in addition to their regular team training sessions, and are held in the NW corner of Buckman Field - Football or Portland Christian High School. We encourage anyone that is, or considering being a GK, to attend these sessions. This program is included in all PCU player's annual club fees and there is no charge to attend. Goalkeeper Academy for Non-PCU Players

Are you a non-PCU players looking for high quality goalkeeper training? Come join PCU's Goalkeeping Academy! The PCU Goalkeeper Academy brings goalkeepers together to train, compete and learn alongside others who share a passion for the position. Open to 4th-12th Grade goalkeepers of all experience levels who are looking to improve their skills in a fun, competitive and supportive environment. Whether players are new to goalkeeping or have years of experience, this program provides an opportunity to develop skills while building connections with fellow keepers from across the club and community.

Players participating in this academy will train alongside PCU's competitive team goalkeepers with licenced, high quality staff. There is no tryout required to join this program.
