Frequently Asked Questions
Where do I order my player's uniform & gear?
Uniforms are ordered through Tursi Soccer and can be shipped to you or picked-up at one of their three locations.
Need your order ASAP or unsure of your player's size? Come into one of Tursi's three stores to get your club uniform customized in minutes! Monday to Thursday before 3:30pm are their slowest times.

Can't make it in? Don't want to wait in line?
Order online at tursissoccer.com. Orders are processed as quickly as possible. During peak season (May-Sept), processing may take 7-15 days.
In-store Pick-Up:
Wait for the second email confirming your order has been fulfilled.
You will need your order number and email to pick up your items with our new in-store pick up system.
The email will indicate which store you should pick up your items from.
If order is picked up before fulfillment customer will have to wait in the store.
Delivery: Uniform delivered to your doorstep and your tracking number will be provided in the second email. If package is lost, contact your local USPS for more information. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

What if I bought a uniform last year?
Our uniforms run on a two year cycle: 2025/26 & 2026/27
How do I know which jersey number my player is?
Please contact your player's Head Coach to confirm their number prior to ordering your uniform.
What if I don't know my player's size?
If you know your player's size, you can include their jersey number on your order and it will be ready to ship or for pick-up. If you need to confirm your players size, you can try-on the items in store prior to them customizing them with the number.
What if I can't make it into the store or don't want to wait in line?
Order online at tursissoccer.com. Orders are processed as quickly as possible. During peak season (May-Sept), processing may take 7-15 days.
Who can I email with questions about my order?
What's the order processing time?
It typically takes about 7-10 business days for an order to be processed and completed. During the peak season (May- September), it may take up to 15 days. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Timeframes associated with certain shipping methods during checkout (e.g. 2-day shipping) only apply once the order is shipped, and do not reflect the ETA from when the order was placed. It simply means that once your order is processed and shipped, it will take X number of business days to get to you.
What if I need to place a last minute order?
If you need an item sooner than our processing time allows, we advise you to come into our store (8805 SW Canyon Ln, Portland, OR 97225) instead of placing an order online. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
What if I received the wrong item?
If we have sent you the wrong item, we apologize for the inconvenience and will send you a return label for you to send the item back to us in brand new condition, with tags attached, and ship the correct item to you ASAP. If the item has been used, we will have to charge you for it.
What if I need to make a return or exchange?
Once an item has been customized with names, numbers, and/or initials, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanging correct items. They will be invoiced for the respective charges via email.
How much do uniforms cost?
As a friendly reminder, uniforms are not included in the annual player's program fees. Depending on your player's age-group, the cost to purchase the entire set of uniforms ranges from around $125 for U8-10 Development teams and $315 for U11-19 Competitive teams.
What if I need financial support toward the cost of my player's uniform?
Assistance may be available for qualifying families. Please reach out at cmartin@pcusc.org to request support towards your players uniform costs.
Required for YDP (U8-10) Players:
All YDP teams are required to have the game + training kit and backpack.
Please confirm your jersey number with your player's Head Coach prior to ordering.
If you know your player's size, you can include their jersey number on your order and it will be ready to ship or for pick-up.
If you need to confirm your players size, you can try-on the items in store prior to them customizing them with the number.
Ordering online will allow families to choose between shipping to their home address, or picking their order up at any of Tursi Soccer's three Portland locations (West, Downtown, or East).
Players receive 10% off full price retail items (club uniform items excluded). This discount can be redeemed in store by mentioning their club at checkout, or online with code: CLUB10

All Competitive U11-19 team players are required to purchase the full uniform kit which includes both game jerseys, both shorts, both socks, the training top, hoodie, warm-up pants and backpack.
